The bar is made of hardwood maple also with hand laid design on top.  Bar is horseshoe shaped for optimum service to customers on all sides.  Flooring behind bar is a cream colored tile.  There are two stainless steel bar wells, with speed rails, a four bay wash/rinse/sanitize bar sink, and a coke box for beer.  There is a new hot water heater, new beer miester (3 keg), new drink box, two new bar guns for dispensing drinks and an ice machine.

Kitchen area is on the west end of the building and comes equipped with sinks, prep table, grill, deep fryer, small freezer, pantry area and Walk-in cooler. 

There is a secluded office area with a small attic/sleeping room above the office for storage or ??

Building has ceiling fans throughout, exhaust fans, four(4) four ton A/C units, septic system, grease trap and easy cleanout access. 

Comes with tables, chairs, bar stools, everything you need.  Juke box, cigarette machine, counter top game machines are all on the halves with a vending company or you can provide your own.  We can clear out everything.  Whatever you want!


 This location can be used for a warehouse/shipping/receiving, retail location for any number of things.  Property is located about 5 miles from a very nice gated golfing community, (Hide-a-way Lake), one mile from Garden Valley Golf Resort, and about 15 minutes from Tyler, Texas, and about 15 minutes from the world famous "Canton Trades Days", largest open air flea market west of the Mississippi!!  Basically this property has potential out the ying yang!
